- 3D EUSを併用しダブルスコープで摘除した直腸カルチノイドの1例

Description
症例は72歳の男性。血便のため施行した大腸内視鏡で直腸下部に径15mmの直腸カルチノイドを認めた。内視鏡的3次元超音波断層法(3D EUS)を併用し,超音波画像下に腫瘍直下に生理食塩水を十分注入し,腫瘍直下の粘膜下層の付着と,腫瘍の固有筋層からの挙上を確認後,一方のスコープ先端に装着した広口斜径ソフトフードで吸引,他方のスコープを通じワイヤースネアで絞扼,摘除し,病理組織学的に完全摘除を確認した。
