Description
This paper aims to examine a dilemma that a firm with a consumable profit model will face. An inkjet printer industry is chosen as a case study to find out a mechanism of having numerous compatible inkjet cartridges made by third party in the market. This paper analyzes how a firm with a business model can affect other players outside the firm and suggests the importance of analyzing learning mechanism of them.
