Description
Draw-bending experiment has been carried out using high strength steel sheet with a tensile strength of 980 MPa and the residual curvature of the draw-bent specimens has been precisely measured. The die profile of the draw-bending testing machine rotates, so that the effect of friction force on the curvature data after springback can be neglected in this experiment. Moreover, in order to quantitatively evaluate the work hardening behavior of the test material under reverse loading, stress reversal tests were performed using an in-plane stress reversal testing machine. Furthermore, the springback analysis of the draw-bent specimen has been carried out using the total strain theory. The effect of the constitutive model (Bauschinger effect, non-linearlity during unloading, decrease of Young's modulus with prestraining) on the predictive accuracy of the springback analysis has been investigated in detail.
