Description

In the presentation, we describe the discovery of cancer-related proteins using LC-MS-based differential expression analysis with spectral counting that facilitates investigation of the tissue proteomics of human surgical specimens. Further, a subset of the candidate biomarkers was validated by Western blot and immunohistochemical analyses.
