B-A真空計管内の導入ガスの電離断面積から生成イオン分布を算出するシミュレーションにより、導入ガス種の違いが、感度係数に及ぼす影響について、実験データの文献値と計算結果を比較した。比感度係数のばらつきなど電離断面積を用いた計算でおえない部分についても原因の検討を行った。
