- 自己組織化単分子膜修飾REFETの応答特性に関する理論的考察
Description
現在、ISFET-pHセンサは参照電極部分に従来のAg/AgCl電極等とKCl溶液を用いている。ISFET-pHセンサおよびFET-バイオセンサの小型化には参照FET(REFET)の開発が必要不可欠である。そこでODS(n-Octadecyltrimethoxy-silane)のSAMで修飾したREFET等のpH応答と塩濃度応答を測定し、Gouy-Chapman-Sternモデルに従って解析を行った。
