Description
This report is to discuss analytical point of view of identity which is constructed in the organization through inner discourse based on the paper of Ainsworth & Hardy. The authors take position of post-structuralism and social constructionism and theorize the way identity is constructed by describing several characters and scenes appeared in famous novel. They propose four different levels of discourse analysis i.e. (1)language and identity,(2)talk and identity,(3)narrative and identity, (4)interdiscursivity and identity. This report discusses the usefulness and the limit of organizational discourse analysis proposed by them.
