Description

RS3PE症候群（remitting seronegative symmetrical synovitis with pitting edema）は，高齢発症のリウマトイド因子（rheumatoid factor：RF）陰性の関節炎を呈する患者の鑑別疾患の1つとして常に挙げられる疾患である．両手足の対称性圧痕浮腫をはじめとしていくつかの特徴はあるものの，明確な分類基準が存在しないために除外診断が中心となる．近年，関節炎に対しMRIやエコーを積極的に用いることにより，炎症の首座がどこにあるのかを明確にすることができるようになってきた．本稿では，RS3PE症候群について現況での知見を紹介する．
