<p>In many universities, especially regional universities, because they are far from industrial centers, urban areas, marketing and licensing activities of university intellectual property are not sufficient to pursue rights or licensing. On the other hand, although many companies change their minds from closed to open innovation, they cannot necessarily contact efficiently with university intellectual property, they have interested in. In this paper, we introduce our trial for the establishment of effective system, "intellectual property marketing system", to improve the present situation, for pursuing rights, owing, and utilizing of university intellectual property.</p>
