- 粘液型脂肪肉腫における脊椎転移病変は積極的に評価すべきか？

Description
<p>粘液型脂肪肉腫は脊椎転移の頻度が高いが，その有病率やスクリーニングに関する指標はない．今回当科で加療した55例を対象とし臨床経過を調査した．脊椎MRI検査で初診時6例，経過中に5例に脊椎転移を認め，背部痛や神経症状の愁訴があった．脊椎転移には全例で放射線治療を行っており，非脊椎転移群との間に生存率の有意差は認めなかった．初発時や有症時にはMRIによる積極的な脊椎転移の評価は有用であると考える．</p>
