Description
研究の概要(英文):In recent years, tourism behavior is changing, and diversified individual travel is in great demand. Under such circumstances, “Sake Brewery Tourism”, expected to revitalize the consumption of local sake and other new products, is being advocated to convey the appeal of local sake that exists in various parts of Japan. In this article, on the occasion of participating in the “College Student Tourism Community Planning Contest”, we conducted field surveys and interviews in the case of Ibaraki Prefecture, which is the most popular brewery area in the Kanto region, but is currently not well known around the country. As a result, we found that the number of tourists was concentrated at the time of the event and the tourism resources were not fully utilized. There is a need to work on year-round tourism. We proposed the following policies that could be considered a model for “Sake brewery tourism”. ① Increasing opportunities to come into contact with local sake ② Integration with other local cultures ③ Citizen participatory workshops ④ Development of secondary transportation ⑤ Public Relations by region As a result, it is acknowledged that the local economy will be revitalized and an increasing large number of local people will have a stronger sense of community to the area, attracting repeated visitors throughout the year.
