Description

研究の概要(英文):Japan’s number of tourists has reached a high record and continues to growing. The success of the inbound policy is expected to increase the exchange population. An increase in the exchange population can be considered in the new tourism policy. It is necessary to incorporate the increasing exchanges in tourism into regional policies. This is especially effective in rural area. The center of past policy has been migration policy, but I believe that a new residence form is necessary. For that purpose, I would like to propose a residence form in dual regions. This time I will take an example from the Yaeyama area of Okinawa.
