Description
<p>同一年で3例のジアフェニルスルホン（diaphenylsulfone：DDS）による薬剤性メトヘモグロビン（methemoglobin：MetHb）血症を経験した．3例とも皮膚科でDDSを処方されており，偶発的にSpO2低下を指摘され，動脈血液ガス分析でのSpO2とSaO2の乖離及びMetHb分画上昇で診断された．MetHb血症は軽症で，DDS中止のみで速やかに改善した．DDS内服中に呼吸不全と診断される症例には，薬剤性MetHb血症が潜んでいる可能性がある．</p>
