<p>診療プロトコール，マニュアルなどの標準業務手順書（Standard Operating Procedures）を遵守する目的のひとつとしてTwo Minutes Lesson（TML）を実施した。救命救急センター医師10名（アンケートは臨床研修医を含む16名）に対して行つた。8種類の診療プロトコール（蘇生後脳症の体温コントロール，重症急性膵炎の動注療法等）に関するスライドを作成し，モーニングカンファレンス前2分間に指名医師が該当種目について説明した。TML実施前と2か月後にプロトコールの内容に関するテストを行つた。8名は点数が上昇したが，2名は逆に低下した。 アンケートではTMLは有効であると回答を得た。TMLは診療プロトコールの遵守に有効であると考える。</p>
