- 温度変化発電時における、強誘電体の結晶・ドメイン構造変化の試料深さ方向依存性の研究
Abstract
焦電効果を利用する温度変化発電のための強誘電体素子性能の表面深さ依存性を調べるため、発電熱電サイクル運転中の素子の時分割X線回折実験を行った。X線エネルギー及び散乱配置を変えた測定結果を比較する事で、表面から数 µm の領域では性能が落ちている事を示唆する結果を得た。
