Abstract

<p>I.目的</p><p>舌は,咀嚼や嚥下,構音などの機能を担っており,嚥下時には,口蓋と接触することで食塊を咽頭へ送り込む役割を果たす1).また,嚥下障害を呈する者には,誤嚥のリスク低減のために液体へのとろみ付けや一口量の調整が行われている.しかしながら,液体の物性や一口量の違いによって嚥下時の舌圧がどのように変化するかは明らかになっていない.本研究では,健常者における液体嚥下時の舌圧を測定し,液体の物性や嚥下量による舌圧の変化を検討した.さらに,AIによる解析として機械学習を用い舌圧の特徴を探索した.</p>
