Abstract

With the evolution of AI and information technology in the future, the production cost of the primary industry will decrease and competition will intensify. We analyzed and considered sustainability for each of the family-owned, corporate, and high-share businesses at each growth stage. As a result of the consideration, it is considered that the family-owned body is sustainable because it exerts its national land conservation function while being used in combination with side jobs and basic income. For corporate management bodies, sustainability is considered due to the removal from family business management bodies. For high-share management body, sustainability can be considered due to “concentration of production in large-scale companies”. The future task is to clarify the relationship between the perspectives of the founder's entrepreneurship, family business, business succession, M & A, and analysis of immigrant companies and sustainability.
