Abstract
General-purpose KPI template development is not cost-effective because it is influenced by the characteristics of the company and the value of the program. However, for the purpose of contributing to program management practices, it is worth considering identifying KPIs with the premise of guaranteeing universality to some extent, and building and presenting KPIs according to acquired value, hierarchy, department, etc. In this research, KPIs in factory management that contribute to and align with the company's business performance targets were constructed for manufacturing companies, and a model was developed to convert the performance indicators of internal processes into monetary values. The developed KPIs and models were applied to the entire process renewal program in the factory management of the manufacturing company E, and were shown to be effective.
