Abstract

In this report, I analyzed the basic philosophy of inclusive education that fosters members of a democratic society in Sweden. They were “formal equality” without regional discrimination and “substantial equality” according to their needs. And it was “importance of individual independence” and “De-familialization”. Integration” based on dualism that originated from normalization has been converted to “inclusion” based on monism or pluralism. The creation of an inclusive society is complementary to inclusive education that reduces exclusion as much as possible. Inclusive education does not deny segregated education and reexamines the traditional “common sense” framework itself for coexistence with others. Respond to various individual needs while building a comprehensive system. It was reconfirmed that it is necessary for members of society to learn together and to overcome prejudice by deepening their understanding of each other's differences, and to make positive efforts to avoid exclusion
