Description
In order to eliminate psychological resistance of teachers in school reform activities, a practice in school has been performed for about a year while applying Kotter’s 8-step processes and Edmondson’s teaming theory. As a result, the following aspects have been revealed: 1. Communication started by listening to others is effective; 2. It is necessary to build up a promotion team having a function as the whole facility 3. Any constituent member capable of exercising leadership is required within a subject sub-committee.
