本論文では, 戦国大名権力による宗教都市掌握の過程を検討するために, 出雲国の戦国大名である尼子氏が, 出雲国一宮杵築大社の門前町に対して発布した都市法令を取り上げる。尼子氏は天文21年と永禄元年の二度にわたり, 杵築大社門前町へ法令を出しているが, 従来は両者の異同や段階差などが注目されることはなかった。本論文では, 二つの法令の逐条解釈を通じて, 権力の志向や法令発布の段階差について考察した。…

The aim of this paper is to examine the control of the religious city by Sengoku Daimyo power, studying two laws for Kizuki Taisha shrine city issued by the Amago family, the Daimyo of Izumo. Amago's basic plan for control of the shrine city was to maintain Kokuzo's (priests)rights as ruler of the city and shrine.
