抄録

Information ethics education has been provided since 1987. Digital citizenship education is being discussed to develop human resources for Society5.0. in Japan. The concept of the digital citizenship education is not clear, nor is the difference from the concepts of Information ethics education. In this study, we analyzed the concept of the information ethics education in Japan and the digital citizenship education in EU. In this result, the concept of digital citizenship education of EU is relied on “democratic culture and intercultural dialogue”. And the concept of information ethics education in Japan relied on “considering human thinking, action, impact of information technology forward people and society”. The similarities can be found in terms of “dialogue.”
