Abstract

The terms “diversity” has been used in various media, and its importance has been widely recognized in our drug discovery field. On the other hand, the word “diversity” is used in a variety of meanings, and each individual may have a different opinion on what diversity is and how it can contribute to drug discovery. I would like to share my personal views on “diversity” that I have learned through my research life abroad.
