Description
The purpose of this paper is to focus on the international strategic hub in crisis management consulting business, and analyze the key factors on how the global network is formulated between the partners in strategic alliances, whether it is a competitive advantage or not, how the partners build up the organizational capacity. "Thomas A-Clayton Consultants Inc." is analyzed, which specializes corporate security, personal security, risk analysis and crisis response services in world wide. It is a global company with clients throughout the world and with resources positioned in strategic hubs throughout the world, but its entry in this business does not have a long history. And also its' partner company in Japan, "Ohkoshi Security Consultants", is empirically analyzed, which works as an exclusive senior consultant in Japan and sets up his own business. Crisis management consulting company offers professional and specific services through the formulation of global network between the partners. Competitive advantage is made how it organizes the global network and its limited consultants.
