Description

In order to get speech signal with distortion free at suppressed carrier SSB (CSSB),a receiver should tune to the carrier frequency. However,manual tuning is very difficult,and AFC or synchronous detection can not be utilized in CSSB,due to the lack of component of carrier,If the voiced sound is obatined by mistuning, fundamental frequency Fo can be calculated from the cepstrum of received signal.Mistuned frequency is estimated from that peaks observed on the spectrum of received signal correspond to harmonics of Fo.Digital simulation of the proposed method show that this system is effective.
