Description

We have fabricated TTF-TCNQ charge-transfer complex films using co-evaporation technique and investigated the molar ratio, electrical conductivity, and degree of charge transfer by varying the growth temparature (TG) and the flux ratio of TTF and TCNQ. The molar ratio of 1:1 in TTF-TCNQ films exists in a TG range, and their conductivities depending on the molar ratio of TTF and TCNQ are observed. Furthermore, the effect of electric field on the conductivity and degree of the charge transfer is examined.
