Description
There are many trials to apply the circuit theory to wave phenomena including quantum electronics. The objective of this paper is to obtain signal flow graphs of a circuit between two lossy transmission lines. We obtain the reflection and transfer factors for the connection point. By this method, we can show clearly the difference between the reflection factors of matched-type and of conjugate matched-type. We also show the necessity of voltage and current scattering matrices to obtain the power transmission for lossy transmission line.
