- 不平衡線路の上下に平衡線路を配置した小型積層広帯域バランに関する基礎検討

Description
積層型マーシャントバランを小型化すると,線路の特性インピーダンスが低くなる傾向にあり,結果として結合線路の偶モードインピーダンスが下がり,通過帯域の広帯域化を実現することが困難である.本論文で提案するバランはマーシャントバランの平衡線路を不平衡線路の上下に配置することを特徴とし,この構造によって線路間の結合が密結合となり,小型で広帯域通過特性を実現できることを解析的に確認した.
