Description
A 61-year-old-woman with Zollinger-Ellison syndrome treated successfully with histamine H_2-receptor antagonist and anti-gastrin agent was reported. She was admitted to our hospital with complaints of diarrhea and vomiting. Serum gastrin level was 2800pg/ml and was increased in secretin provacation test. Gastric hypersecretion was observed. Upper gastro-intestinal series revealed post-bulbar ulcer. The treatment with histamine H_2-receptor antagonist and anti-gastrin agent caused improvement of symptoms and healing of ulcer.
