Description

The TDR(Time Domain Reflectometry)method provides useful information,when performing the connectors and the IC packages measurement.Care must be taken to minimize discontinuous and grounding effects when attaching probes to the DUT.This report demonstrates differential line TDR measurement and modeling techniques using vector network analyzer with error correction.
